Introduction

Terms of Participation
Members or users must be 18 years of age or older to participate or consume my information and must understand business terms on the P&L (Profit or Loss) statement. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, I Paul Samson at my sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership mostly on my MMO Club.
By signing up on my MMO club, consuming any of my information or participating in any opportunity I share either my project, affiliate or otherwise, Member or user is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from as the case may be. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime.
Refund Policy:
As I am offering non-tangible virtual digital goods, I do not generally issue refunds after the successful payment for any of my offers.
Members or users shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to the member and users. Member acknowledges that Member or user may only participate in any of my offers or consume my information I shared if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
If member or user objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with either my MMO project and initiatives or any offer and information I shared, Member’s or user’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation and properly terminate his or her membership.
Earnings Disclaimer
While I make every effort to ensure that I accurately represent all the information, offer, products and services reviewed on my site, it should be noted that earnings and income statements made with proof I shared and are estimates only of what I think you can possibly earn. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income and you accept the risk of investing your money or time and that the returns earnings and income statements differ by individual.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member or users and Paul Samson in connection with general membership in paulsamson.com or wordpress-625889-2032770.cloudwaysapps.com and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.
